For a new reservation, decide whether to buy a ticket or use KrisFlyer miles before choosing the booking route.
Compare flights on Singapore Airlines’s own website or ask its reservations team about an itinerary. Have airports, dates and the number of passengers ready.
Use the booking reference and passenger surname shown on your confirmation. A frequent-flyer membership number and a booking reference serve different purposes.
If another airline or a travel agency sold the ticket, check the confirmation for the company responsible for servicing it. Do not send your booking details to this directory.
